You Are A Very Beautiful: Catching Up with Catcher, Part 3

It wasn't long after Vegas (like a day and a half) and we were back on the road again, taking Catcher to Tom's Grandpa Keith's house in Cedar City, for his first time. And since it was going to be a big family reunion/service project, he needed one night in mom and dad's bed (uh boy.)

Then we were off...

Our Cedar hotel was very whimsical...

He played hard with his cousins while the adults worked their tails off on Grandpa's house and yard...

That's hardcore re-roofing going on in the background.

Meeting Grandpa Keith for the first time amidst the chaos...

Being a part of Grandma Netty's and his dad's childhoods...

Baby dog piling...

2 naps a day (in the garage) ...

Loving time with Grandpa Greg M...

Dad's trick that makes mom look away...

Had to cuddle with his bff every night...

We ended the reunion/service project up Cedar Breaks to celebrate Grandpa Keith's birthday...

And Catcher had the time of his life in the bed of Tom's truck...

And with all of the great-grandkids. There were A LOT.

We also got some beautiful photos of The Morrill bunch.

We wore the crap out of this kid (in so many ways)....

Naked garage sleeping while the adults worked...

This kid LOVES the pool...

His cousins do as well...

When we got back uncle mason came to play ...

And then Catcher learned how to unattach his baby monitor, which resulted in this night of hilarity and horror...

Beckett and Catcher enjoyed P.F Changs for Aunt Riley's bday...

We tried finger foods and his face sums up how that went ...

So does this one...

And this one...

As for me, I've been on another health quest. My energy has been horrible and I've dealt with a whole crazy list of post-partum ills that just keep sprouting up or never getting better so I've been being rather proactive and consistent in taking care of myself lately and it's been paying off, I'm pleased to say. It's too boring to put all of it on here, so if you're ever actually interested or find yourself in a similar spot, contact me and I can give you more info...

However, this drink has been one big part of it...

...and fresh juices...

...and Tom taking me away for the most amazing anniversary weekend ever...

This is called a "spelfie," you can guess why...

The trip also included the best afternoon tea EVER...

And this perfect little wedge salad...

We missed our bub, and when we got back Tom made sure to do his favorite trick with Catcher. It's called "the crazy strong core rollup."

Grandma Annette was the sweetheart who watched Catcher for us while we were away, and when we got back we decided it was time for Catcher to have a walker toy, and let's just say we took him to the store and he took to it immediately...

And then we he got his haircut in the same day to get rid of his sideburn mullet, and then went insane running that thing all over our hallways...

Since we were lucky enough to host Grandma 'Netty during her bday, the whole family (that lives in Utah) got together to take a family 'wike' (walk-hike) at Silverlake...

Brothers and Babies...

Catcher was cold but loving it....

Then it was off to Los Cucos for her bday dinner and Jethro couldn't help but blow out her candles all 10 times we re-did it. It was hilarious...

Lastly, a family photo op, just missing 3 important people.
